Lose weight, tone up and get fit at the same time
Our 6 week diet plan includes a weekly weigh in and food diary analysis, nutrition advice and recipes, gym membership for the duration of the course and an exercise program for you to follow in the gym.
This course consists of a one to one consultation in which we talk through your current diet and how we can work together to make improvements, not only to lose weight but improve your health. We focus on avoiding processed food and making manageable sustainable changes that will fit in with each individuals lifestyle.
Weigh ins are private on scales that record not just your weight but also body fat, muscle and water content so you can monitor all the changes.
We encourage you to exercise three times a week either in our gym, or we have a variety of classes which will not only improve your fitness but tone your muscles and reduce inches, and they are also really friendly and non-competitive. All this is included.
This course can be worked into your schedule and is a great combination of exercise and nutrition and being accountable to us is so much easier than going it alone.
