Reshape Transformation Programmes
Another avenue we offer to help you get in shape is our progressive Reshape Transformation Programmes. These consist of 6 week blocks of training: stage 1 is a basic gym programme that is increased after 3 weeks. Stage 2 and 3 progress in intensity and complexity. After completing all 3 stages your fitness level will have increased dramatically.
If weight loss is your goal then these programmes will need to be accompanied by a healthy eating plan which we can guide and support you through. All 3 programmes are accomplished via our online app but in conjunction with continued support and guidance from us, here at Progression.
The cost of each 6 week block is £60.00

Stage 3 12 - 18 weeks
- This programme is designed to get you in the habit of exercise and healthy eating
- We will support you and advise you through a tailored programme suiting your current level of fitness and objectives
- Two 3 week blocks of exercises; with the second programme building and progressing on from the first section
Stage 2 6 – 12 weeks
- Increased intensity rather than amount of time spent exercising
- Exercises will be advanced to more complex movements and training methods
- You will have developed a solid fitness base but still progressing which will lead to results
Stage 3 12 - 18 weeks
- By now you should have really built your exercise base
- You will have learnt to exercise correctly and be confident
- This stage will be more demanding
- Getting to the end of stage 3 will mark a great achievement and you will have achieved great results!
