Opening Hours for gym bookings:

In line with current government guidelines, indoor classes are unable to restart until the earliest date of Monday 17th May 2021

Monday:             7-8am,    9-10am,   11am-12pm,   1-2pm,   3.30-4.30pm,   5.30-6.30pm,   7-8pm
Tuesday:            8-9am,    10-11am,   12-1pm,  4-5pm,  6-7pm,  7.30-8.30pm
Wednesday:      7-8am,    9-10am,    11am-12pm,  3.30-4.30pm,  5.30-6.30pm,  7-8pm
Thursday:          8-9am,    10-11am,   12-1pm,  4-5pm,  6-7pm,  7.30-8.30pm
Friday:               7-8am,    9-10am,    11am-12pm,  3.30-4.30pm,  5.30-6.30pm,  7-8pm
Saturday:          9-10am,   10-11pm,  11am-12pm

New Membership Rules

  • HAND WASHING & SANITISING

We will provide hand sanitiser and will ensure hand washing facilities are clean and well stocked; we will actively encourage members to regularly sanitise hands whilst training.  A cleaning kit will be provided to members on booking into the gym

  • SOCIAL DISTANCING

Please adhere to social distancing guidelines of maintaining a 2 metre distance from other gym members and only train with your household/support bubble or alone

  • BOOKING

Please book ahead via our bookings app (please discuss with a member of staff if you have issues with this) this applies to gym sessions, classes and inductions. If you are no longer able to attend your gym session please notify the gym or cancel via the app
