I am a young fitness enthusiast who started my fitness journey 7 years ago. I would regard myself as a positive, approachable, and more importantly a highly motivating individual who takes pride in helping others to achieve their goals.
In addition, to my years as a fitness instructor I have also dedicated my time to further my education completing a degree in Sports Therapy as well as undertaking a master’s degree in physiotherapy. I have also acquired a range of courses such as Level 3 personal training and level 3 Exercise Referral Instructing.
What does this mean to you? This means you are working with someone in whom has specialised in the health industry working in the national health service. Allowing a unique approach as a personal trainer to not just delve into the gym aspects of training but how to prevent injury, to rehabilitate and to maximise your human biomechanics at a much greater depth. The types of training I personally enjoy, involves predominantly strength training and working to build muscle whilst maintaining a relatively low body fat.
