 Mat based Pilates is a method of exercise which focuses on correcting posture and restoring normal movement patterns by focusing on correct alignment and quality of movement.  Pilates also offers a relaxing, mind and body connection which is great for releasing stress.

Pilates is excellent for strengthening and stretching your core muscles which in turn helps to prevent lower back and other posture related injuries.

Jon Moyse is an accredited Pilates Instructor and has been teaching Pilates for over twenty years and has thousands of hours in teaching experience.​
