Covid-19 Gym & Studio changes

If you have a new continuous cough, high temperature, loss of taste or smell or have been in contact with anyone with these symptoms please do not enter the building - go home, self-isolate and arrange a covid test

Due to the Coronovirus Pandemic, it has been stipulated by the Government that in order for us to be able to keep providing you with a safe place to exercise, changes have to be implemented. Please read the list below for guidance on changes:
Windows will be open as much as possible. No fans are permitted in the gym or studio
- All gym sessions and classes MUST be pre-booked via the BOOKINGS PAGE tab which will direct you to our booking system (for those who have no internet access, please email or telephone the gym)
- Please use the front door to enter the building and the back door to exit
- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early for your gym session or class, to avoid us asking you to wait outside to avoid overcrowding and groups congregating
- On arrival please book in with reception, who will give you a cleaning kit (spray and dry cloth) for you to clean equipment as you exercise. Please check out with reception upon leaving and return your cleaning kit
- Please do not bring personal towels/flannels. Disposable blue roll will be available
- Please bring minimal personal possessions into the gym
- Please bring your own water or a sports bottle can be purchased from reception (£3.00) we are unable to supply glasses/cups
- Please remember to wash/sanitise hands regularly and maintain social distancing
