I am an experienced Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with over 30 years experience in the fitness industry during which time I also ran two successful gyms in Newbury & Andover for 20 years.
I offer fitness classes including Pilates and Personal Training in the comfort of your own home; I have a breadth of knowledge and experience in rehabilitation and sport specific training. I am also qualified to offer nutrition and dietary guidance.
My goals as a Personal Trainer/Instructor have always been to create an environment which is unintimidating and where my clients can feel comfortable whatever shape, size, age or fitness level and to receive as much professional guidance and support as required in order to achieve your goals in a safe and effective manner.
I have a passion for correct technique and exercising in a way that will achieve results not injury and try to teach good body awareness rather than how much weight you can lift.
