We are the only gyms in Newbury and Andover to provide you with a FREE personal training session each month. This session is great for assessing progress and changing your routine.

Progression Fitness Gyms are fully equipped with a good range of cardiovascular machines, resistance machines and free weights, core stability and vibration training equipment.

Each new member is given a comprehensive induction and a specific program designed based on your aims and objectives. The type of programs we can cater for include complete beginners, weight loss, general fitness, muscle building, sport specific, rehab, amongst others.
We have an age restriction of 14 for children to use the cardio vascular machines under supervision and 16 to use the weights.
