Pilates/Yoga
Pilates and Yoga are both progressive forms of exercise based on core stability and correct alignment of the spine and pelvis, with the aim being to create natural flowing movement in a controlled manner.
Pilates/Yoga is great for...

What do I need to bring?
You just need to bring yourself. We will provide the yoga mats (but you can bring your own if you'd prefer) and any other equipment like balls, pillows. Some people also bring a water bottle and towel.
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes and no shoes. We do the class in our socks because you need to feel full contact with the floor for the balancing and postural work.
Please Note: Before you can attend one of our pilates classes, you will need to have at least two 1:1 sessions in order to learn the basics of this method of exercise. Each session lasts approximately 1 hour and costs £27.50 per session. Gym members receive a £5.00 reduction on 1:1 sessions. Contact Us about 1:1 Pilates Sessions.
Body Pump
Body Pump is a toning and conditioning class using barbells, dbells and music to help you to shape up and lose fat. Weights are fully adjustable so the class is suitable for all levels of fitness.

What do I need to bring?
Just bring yourself, a full water bottle (although you can top up for FREE) and a towel. Expect to sweat!
What should I wear?
You can wear whatever you feel comfortable exercising in but you will need to wear trainers.
Cardio Bouncing
Cardio bouncing is a class on mini trampolines which is a zero impact exercise that, unlike many other aerobic activities, reducing strain on the joints of your body.

- Increasing heart and lung capacity
- Lowering cholesterol levels
- Muscular strength and endurance
- Reducing stress and tension
- Improving muscle tone (esp legs, thighs, hips, abdomen and arms)

What do I need to bring?
Just bring yourself, a full water bottle (although you can top up for FREE) and a towel. Expect to sweat!

You'll get quite hot in this class so sleeveless T shirts and shorts/leggings are best. You'll need trainers for this class.
Boxercise
Boxercise is a class that takes you though approximately 10 different boxing-related exercises that you work around in a specific time.

Step and Tone
Step and tone is a cardio and toning workout using a step, together with body conditioning exercises to burn calories and strengthen and tone muscles in the entire body.

Step Circuit
Step circuit is an energetic class using mainly step aerobic moves. We also use bands and weight exercises that you work around in a specific time.

Studio Cycling
Studio cycling is an instructor-led cycle class using stationary bikes. This class isn't a spinning class but similar to how you'd ride a bike normally with various resistances and pedal speeds.
