The Progression Fitness boot camp is a focused 6 week course
The course provides variety to your exercise with 4 different type' of classes aiming to provide total body fitness and tone.
Monday to Thursday 7.15am-8am and 9.15am-10am

Monday Total Body Circuit.
A circuit which changes every week and will combine resistance training with cardio and you can work at you own level
Tuesday 3 in 1.
A very popular class which involves 20 full body exercises, we work for 45 secs and 15 secs rest.
Wed Group gym workout.
A motivational gym based circuit providing cardio vascular and toning benfits. A fun, varied workout. It will help improve overall fitness, strength, increase your heart rate, tone your muscles and help burn calories.
Thursday Progression Pump.
A resistance based class using bar bells, d-bells and body weight. great for toning.
